Betting tips: Bosnia and Herzegovina x Ukraine

Check out our predictions of the day for Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Ukraine.

Prediction 1: Bosnia and Herzegovina x Ukraine / Ukraine to win or draw

On Thursday, we might be in for a close game past 90 minutes. Neither team has a home drawing record in their previous 12 matches, while Ukraine only drew once in their last 13 away games.

Given that Rebrov can draw from several Premier League players and that Ukraine showed potential in their most recent draws with England, Germany, and Italy, they should be able to overcome Bosnia and claim the advantage in this matchup.

Prediction 2: Bosnia and Herzegovina x Ukraine / Ukraine to score over 1.5 goals

Despite a dismal qualifying process, Bosnia and Herzegovina were able to clinch their spot in the playoffs via the Nations League route. With seven losses in 10 matches, the home team finished fifth in their group. With victories against Liechtenstein being their lone bright spot, Bosnia’s form plummeted.

Their recent losing streak stands at seven games, with three losses on home turf. Sergei Rebrov’s Ukraine is riding high, having won three of their past four matches on the road (against North Macedonia, Armenia, and Malta) and losing just twice in their last ten matches overall. They could not qualify automatically since they were third in their qualifying section, behind only Italy in head-to-head records. Rebrov’s squad will likely have a second chance at qualifying, as they might face Israel or Iceland in the final.

On Thursday, the Ukrainians should win at a reasonable price due to Bosnia’s dismal record; the away team is anticipated to score two goals.

Prediction 3: Bosnia and Herzegovina x Ukraine / Both teams to score

As a counterpoint, Bosnia and Herzegovina would be present to bolster the total. Even though Edin Dzeko was just 36 years old and Miralem Pjanic was closer to his prime at 31, the Dragons are mostly in the playoffs because of their Nations League B winning campaign from almost two years ago.

Both players are getting on in years but are still vital to Savo Milosevic’s team. Milosevic took over at the tail end of a golden generation just before the next one got off the ground. Although they beat poor Liechtenstein by a razor-thin margin at home, the group failed to gel during the qualification campaign, losing seven of their final nine games.

Even though Milosevic has a passable defence, it is pretty unlikely that they will be able to defeat Ukraine or even prevent the visitors from scoring. The chances are that Ukraine will win the match, thanks to their top-notch attitude and ample scoring potential against the defenceless hosts.
